Returns

Because of the personal nature of what we sell, intimate wellness items and body jewelry are final sale once they leave our hands — this protects the health and safety of every customer.

• Defective items: If something arrives damaged or stops working, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right with a replacement.
• Gifts & curiosities: Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days.
